When it looks like you need more… resilience
As you transform in your business you can experience discomfort and resistance. In fact, this can occur during any period of change in life events. At the base of this is stressful and insecure thinking. It can appear in many forms and manifest as:
• Self-doubt • Frustration (with yourself or others) • Anxiety • Physically – in various symptoms • Overwhelm • Uncertainty • Confusion • Stress • Exhaustion

“Thought creates the world and then says I didn’t do it.”
I hadn’t even heard of this quote until 5 months ago but I love it! It is a quote by David Bohm, one of the most influential physicists of the 20th century and a front runner in the field of quantum physics. Overthinking can also hold you in fear. You are either stuck in the past with negative voices… Continue reading

Our expectations lead us to judge others and feel disappointed if they don’t meet them.
When you become a parent there are expectations you place upon yourself and there are ones placed on us by others.… Continue reading
Have you ever had one of those days when you feel that someone is out to get you? It’s almost as though it is their mission for the day. They are pushing all your buttons and as a result you are not very happy.
In order to shift our thoughts we should take some lessons from Native Americans. Many Native American tribes have had what is commonly known as Sacred Clowns.
In his book, Happy This Year! , Will Bowen writes about the purpose of Sacred Clowns. This is an esteemed position in the tribe and their role is to… Continue reading
