Aurora Life Coaching is pleased to announce the launch of ‘No Worries’ children’s workshops in Watford, starting 5th & 12th May 2016, 4.00 – 5.00 pm
Children with many worries and fears feel as though they are constantly waiting for something to happen. This workshop is designed to teach your child more successful ways to think about, and manage, their anxieties and worries.
“I never have time”, that’s my excuse for not going to the gym for the last few months. This is not strictly true as I proved to myself when I trained in Performance Coaching whilst working 50 plus hours a week in my full-time teaching role. I could easily have thought I didn’t have time for all the hours I needed to do my training properly but some how I managed to find them. I’m so glad I did, as it has transformed my life.

Last month, I met a close friend and we had one of those long catch-ups when we put the world to rights.
